What to Expect: First Steps
Step 1) It starts with a call.
"In most cases, all it takes is one phone conversation and sometimes a few photos to determine a course of action. This initial chat gives us an opportunity to become acquainted and to determine if scheduling an organizing session (either on-site or virtually) makes sense, what our focus will be, and when the first session will be scheduled." -Ashley Barnett, Organizer
Step 2) Let the organizing begin!
On-site OrganizingSessions are scheduled in four-hour minimums (special exceptions may apply). The longer the sessions are (up to ten hours) and the closer together they can be scheduled, the more efficient efforts are. I can work independently with limited, strategic interaction with you or by your side the whole time. I can work with you alone or with my team. Skill transference occurs in all scenarios, and solutions are always completely customized to each unique situation. Call us to determine a plan of action that best fits your schedule, your circumstances, and your style.

Virtual OrganizingSessions are usually scheduled in two- to four- hour blocks.
The first part of the block (usually lasting thirty minutes to an hour and a half) takes place over an electronic device. Video apps such as Facetime or Zoom maximize interaction, but simple phone conversations with photos texted as needed can also work well. The second part (whatever time is remaining) is for you, the client, to work independently on predetermined tasks. At the end of your allotted time, we will touch base again to review how things went. Notes from our virtual session will be submitted to you for your personal reference. |
